Default I just hooked up my webcam, need some advice

Hi all.

My computer was re-formatted so I didn't have it for 3 weeks. I just re-installed the Gigaware Webcam with Mic. I had to realize that I can't have my headphones plugged in when I record anything. So after I realized this mistake, WELL EVERYTHING WORKED JUST FINE.

Take a look at these two videos that I just made. I just want to know what I can do to make the blurry parts not happen again. I didn't hold the webcam. It was stationary on my desktop so it's not that my hands moved it or anything. So how come the pixels keep going in and out and then it clears up.

I have no clue.

Take a look, and thanks.
