I just checked and it seems to be online & functioning now.
When ever that happens to FF or any other browser - I just switch and use one of the other ones I have installed ( IE , FF or Flock) - all my bookmarks are imported so they all have the same favs /bookmarks except for an very new ones that I have added . There is also - Google Chrome http://www.google.com/chrome Opera - http://www.opera.com/ I had Opera for awhile but it is kind of intensive and has a lot of settings that were not easy to navigate.
