We open the CD drive and point a nice fan right at the tower.
This cools it off very quickly. We don't have A/c and when it is hot like this, I only go online for a hour or so. The fan is always on it. Running antivirus, and various other scans really heat it up! Keep that in mind and do them later at night when cooler.
