Did you get the larger fonts figured out?
couple of ways to do it.

Control panel /Display/ appearance /font size
or
Control panel /Display/settings/advanced - DPI setting - I usually slide the slider to 104 or so.
Hello.

Allan Thomas helped me with enlarging the text on the screen. and for whatever reason, I fixed the sound, AND DON'T ASK ME HOW I DID IT, because I don't know. But I now have sound coming out of both headphones so that's cool.
