Well I found the original box.
And it still has the price tag and the walmart tag showing I bought it there. You know the little blue tag they use when you have to leave other than front registers. Anyway, still no sign of original receipt. But i think I'll try taking it and seeing if they can look it up. With the box and things. I will keep you updated. I can only be told they can't. Donna

Well I took the computer to a shop.
Its the harddrive. I am having it fixed. Because it will have antivirus. And a 2 year warranty. And it cost me under 250.00. I decided it was cheaper than buying a new one and starting over. And I can let Derrick help me with the bill. Donna

Went and got the Toshiba today.
Its working very good. We will see it might turn out better than when new. Its kind of like a new one now anyway. Thanks for trying to help. Donna
