Okay, here is what is happening.
I kept getting a message telling me to uninstall my itunes and re-install it. So I did. I have a 64 bit system and it told me to download Itunes for a 64 bit system. Which I have done. When I click on the Itunes icon on my desktop I get the following message "For best results with Itunes, use a screen resolution of at least 1024 x 768." My screen resolution is 1280 x 1024 with the word Recommended next to it. So if 1280 x 1024 is HIGHER than 1024 x 768, why can't I view my itunes. There is also the following message "The file "ituneslibrary.itl" cannot be read because it was created by a newer version of itunes" What the heck does all this mean? I just want to sync up my ipod with the tunes I had on my computer. Are they gone? Thanks much Melody
