The time here on the forums displayed is one hour earlier than my time zone. I went intothe control panel and checked to see that it was still central time zone and it is. any suggestions on what to do. We have a new pc and are using windows 8. the time difference did not occur until we got this new computer. also there is a time difference on face book as well. not on my task bar, it reads the correct time.
any ideas? thanks bizi

hmm, so the time is only incorrect when online?
Is there any other forums that you can check the time shown? I'm wondering it it is a cookie or cache issue, something in the browser settings , sine the computer system itself seems to be on correct time. What browser are you using IE? Maybe try firefox or chrome to see if those show the time correctly?

Googling suggests clearing browser cache & cookies & if that doesn't work, re install your browser or try another one.

thanks jo I think I will just not worry about it....i still think it is odd that it is only here and on face book, not other sites.
