eBay is swamped with people wanting to change their passwords. Just tried it. They tell you that when you try to sign in. They say your account is secure and not to worry about anything and to try and sign in again and then you can change it. They also say that no activity can occur on your account until your password is reset. So I doubt that you can buy or sell anything until you
change your password. Good deal on their part I think.
