I just wanted to tell you what happened last night when I phoned Dell Tech Support, told them I had a Dell Inspiron E1705 laptop and the videos are choplpy and can he help me. I gave him the service tag number and he goes "OMG, that thing is 9 years old, it's on it's deathbed" I then said "What if I do a complete re-install of the operating system so it's like it just came out of the box?" He hung up on me. Nice right? Melody
