when the videos don't load at all. I think they "go down".
Also the internet may be having the hiccups that day. We lost our DSL twice this week! The horrible storms in our area, have been hard on the electrical systems. Some homes right across the street from us had no power for FIVE days! (Including my husband's doctor appointment). All our traffic lights were out. We luckily escaped the power out. But many places have had huge storms. There could be many reasons why some internet things are not working well.
