the reason why is because you are using "WORKS"

and WPS means: WORKS WORD PROCESSOR DOCUMENT

it just means that MS wants to make it hard for you so you'll buy their WORD or Office products...

it all comes down to $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$....we get poorer, they get richer...
