you can use it to re size pictures & photos also.
under Image - you would click - stretch/skew which makes smaller or larger by % .
or Attributes where you can set to pixels, inches or cm and set exact sizes that way.
I completely forgot about PAINT. But I have Printmaster so it does the same thing.

I can't believe I was ever that young. lol
