Hi:
Write a letter and cc: FCC, your state's attorney general, BBB, and the company. At a minimum, see what the FCC says. They may direct you to another agency, but I really hope they get reported. http://www.fcc.gov/cgb/complaints.html Maybe it will get the attention of sleezy companies like the one you're trying to deal with.
