My daughter bought me a new program for my computer for Christmas (one that I'd really been wanting) and it won't download!
She actually bought me two different ones.... both from the same manufacturer and one has installed, but the one I wanted most.... hasn't. It downloads so far... then I get an error message. In the FAQ's of the download instructions I found the following.... but I want to know if it's safe to follow each of these steps. I get nervous when I have to alter things! I scanned their instructions (sorry about the slant.... ![]() I'm trying to download it onto my desktop which runs XP, but it wouldn't instal on my laptop either, and that's running Vista! It doesn't have instructions for Vista. ![]()
