I'm a bit confused by this part--
 [But in the past (when I used Outlook), all I had to do was hit the reply button and I didn't have to go to the group website to reply to a post. I just tried and I got a message saying "you cannot send html blah blah, you can only send text messages".] are you saying you can't rely to a message on the Verizon webmail site?? or you used to be able to reply thru the outlook express?? but can't do it that way now?
