Oh brother, what have I done to myself THIS time??
lol I do NOT use Outlook Express. I use Verizon webmail. I have never had problem. And I create folders and I move the emails I want to save...well I move them to the folders I have created. For example, I have a folder marked AUNT SALLY, and I save any emails that she has sent me. Well, I have created about 7 folders (to store my ebay and paypal stuff). I figured that someday I would need to retrieve an email from one of my folders. The trouble is HOW DO YOU OPEN UP THE FOLDERS.?? I have clicked on them, (I get a message "rename this folder". I don't want to rename any folder, I want to open up the folder and retrieve my emails. There is also an X next to my folders and when I put my mouse over the X, it prompted me to "EMPTY" the folder. I don't want to empty anything. I WANT TO OPEN UP MY FOLDER. If any of you have Verizon Webmail, and you have folders, how on earth do you retrieve the emails from them? Thanks much Melody
