I can't access my Verizon Mail folders!!!

Go to myfairpoint.net use your same user name, and same password. That should get you into your NEW account. They have webmail 4.0, so you can access it the same as the verizon. Many, many folks had no warning, and have lost access to many family photos, and important documents.

Call the 800 number for verizon, and ask them to help you if those steps dont work.

I see what you mean. I googled it and found it indicates that it has to do with New England, etc.

I live in good old Brooklyn, NY.

I did give it a go. It didn't recognize my user id.

Oh well. I'll contact verizon.
