Wiz, that's what I have and with Mediacom as well.
It all works pretty slick. I really haven't been without the phone that many times, but then I don't worry about it when it does happen since I have a cell. Again, it's only been a few times and those were because of violent storms in the area. I got in on Mediacom on a good package deal 7 years ago. I just upgraded to an HD converter box and the HD channels are awesome. Hopefully they'll get more HD channels in short order. Getting through to service in the past was a drag. Had to be on hold for frippin ever. On the plus side, you don't have to wait long now for a service call but on the down side, that is because they have started outsourcing. 1 tech had no clue what she was talking about (I suspected) so I hung up and called right back and got someone who fixed the problem in 2 minutes. And I will never have Verizon again. I had cell phone service from them a few years back and it was just awful. Constantly was arguing with them over the phone about my bill. It was always screwed up.
