I've tried 3 times to follow kimmydawn's directions. I clicked on the
first link and went to the site to download the program and got this message: This action cannot be completed because the other program is busy. Choose 'Switch To' to activate the busy program and correct the problem. ************************************************** ****** There was no "other program" running!! It was a d--n popup!!  Now, I have to wait until my blood pressure goes down before I try again. It could be a long wait...
