There was no "other program" running!! It was a d--n popup!!
I've been using the Verizon Yahoo browser for a while and didn't have
any problems...until I went to mapquest. Then, I got the same message
I've been getting. Now, whether that means that there's a problem with
the mapquest site, I'm not sure, because I don't remember what site I
was looking at when all this trouble started. But, I wasn't using MSN
Explorer this time and I still got the message. So, it looks like the
browser wasn't the problem.

Back to the drawing board!
