Due to advanced periodontal disease I am in the process of having all of my teeth extracted. I have five left on the top and two left on the bottom to be extracted.
My two front teeth had infection and pretty severe bone loss prior to extraction. Though they have both been out for close to a month now it appears that the bone is not filling in very much. I have noticed over the last few days the left front or where the left front tooth was is sore. I noticed yesterday it feels like there is a sharp place (tooth or bone) in that area. When I press on that area it is very sore and give the whole area a very strange sensation. (like above in the sinus area). My question is what could this be that is sore in that area? My nose on that side feels odd almost stuffy. Could there be an infection there? Thanks for any suggestions and/or reply's. |
