Default Tight feeling

Okay so long story short (as i havent slept in 3 days now) i had a few root canals (to the back tooth and 3rd from back, sorry I don't know the names). Everything was fine and dandy (why people complain about RC I don't know).

Anyways it's been a few month's since I had those done and everything was fine. I also had some fillings done on my upper set.

This is the problem, the last week an a bit ive had a cold (a bad one) and towards the end of it my bottom row of teeth (side with the RCs) started to hurt REALLY bad. Really harsh strong stabbing pain etc. Only thing that helped was ice or swishing water around that part of the mouth and even then it only worked sometimes for 30 seconds, sometimes 30 minutes. It was also very sensitive to heat, so I broke out the ole Sensydone (Spelling maybe off (sorry IM TIRED).

So I finally passed out one day due to being just that tired and woke up my mouth feeling alot better. However now, I have a very 'tight' feeling on one particular tooth that had been filled. It is on the same side of the mouth as the RC work so I don't know if that has anything to do with it. Although this tooth is on the top and NOT bottom like the RC. Even water/ice will only settle it 5-10seconds tops. Painkillers dont do nothing, nothing seems too not even clove oil. Even tried salt in luke warm water, didnt feel a thing. Oh yeah one more note i THINK my gum has 'lowered' on this tooth if that makes sense but im not 200% sure. If I 'push' the tooth up or try to 'wiggle it' the pain will subside for a few minutes at most but not when pushing the tooth up, instead it hurts so bad pushing it up. Sounds like an infection to me, but Anyone wanna throw some at me

PS. I can't get a dentist yet as mine wont see me while I have a cold (atleast he didnt / wouldnt before).

Anybody got any ideas on what this problem could be?
