Default Odd tooth...tingle, ache?

I had the wisdom teeth on the right side of my mouth removed in October of 2013. One was impacted. I also have pretty bad TMJ on that same side. I did develop dry socket after the removal (NOT FUN!) but that has since healed.

I must add here that I am very odd. For whatever reason I have a HIGHLY sensitive mouth. I can't drink carbonated beverages (they hurt), I can't go too long without brushing my teeth (More than 12 hours, they start to ache...which could totally and most probably is just in my head). I have to use the sensitive toothpaste, have trouble with extreme hots and colds, etc etc.

Anyway, I am having this strange ache? tingle? It's difficult to describe in the neighboring teeth in that side (upper and lower and even occasionally the teeth closer to the front but it is always difficult to identify exactly where the sensation is coming from). It's not what I would call an "active pain" as it's more an irritating sensation than anything. I do not have any numbness in my lips, jaw, face etc that would be associated with the common nerve damage/healing after an extraction. I did not notice the sensation for a while because the dry socket pain is (as any who has had it knows) all consuming mental and physical agony.

I did have a cleaning and exam a week or so before the extraction and those teeth checked out fine. No new cavities (I have had some in the past) or any other issues were noted outside of my pockets which are being monitored and have remained stable at their current numbers for 2+ years after the root scaling and filling the pockets with antibiotics.

I am going to bring it up to my dentist at my next cleaning, but I was wondering if there were any idea's as to what this might be, or if it's just in my head. With my myriad of odd mouth issues I am often told by friends or family that I am imagining it/it's in my head or whatever. So I always question my own opinions when it comes to these things.
