Default Multiple crowns and root canals, now what?

Hello,
I have had left side trigeminal and cranial nerve symptoms for 1.5 years (head jerk/tic, scalp numbness, tingling into left eye) which have been 80% alleviated with chiropractic, osteopathic manual therapy and acupuncture over that time. The symptoms returned with a Vengeance after prep work for a replacement crown (need crown lengthening) on #19. I'm getting the symptoms under control again but the tic is an ever-present reminder that something's wrong....and the treatments I'm getting are expensive.
During the course of my dentistry research I learn that my 5 (well done) root canals might justify extraction because they can cause infection. I prefer integrative/holistic/alternative medicine and I had all amalgam/mercury removed years ago but I'm uncomfortable about extracting all these teeth and wearing dentures in my 40's!
Is it possible it's limited to an occiput alignment problem? It would be a bummer to lose a bunch of teeth as a means of ruling out the cause...
Can someone give me 'straight talk' about my options and consequences?
