Hi Heather and welcome to NeuroTalk. You might be referring to Braintalk which is a totally different board. Some of the same people post at both boards.
I hope that you find the answers you need with your new doctors and tests. You will find a great group of people here to offer support! Julie

Hi Heather and welcome!
I only had one seizure a year (at most) for a long time up until I was 28, then they changed and came more frequently. I do think in your case they should do a VEEG or a longer EEG on you to observe for Nocturnal Seizures and to see if you're even making it into REM sleep. For now, I'd suggest keeping things away from your bed (Nightstands or anything you can fall on) and check for a wedge pillow to use against your back (so you sleep on your side). Be safe and please, please keep us updated!
