Hi zabeh,

Welcome to the forum! From what I have read and the MRI it could be the cyst that it causing the seizures. Often an E.E.G. won't show any problems because the damage is to deep in the brain. There may be possible swelling in your brain on the left temporal lobe from the cyst which in turn will trigger seizures for you. My advice to you is to see an Epileptologist (Dr. specializing in epilepsy) and go to an Epilepsy Center which are usually found at University Hospitals or Big hospitals.
Often a person may vomit when having a seizure and it's all part of the seizure. Try taking vitamin B12 1000 mcg. once a day to help calm the nerves and this may help reduce your seizures.
You should also see a neurosurgeon and get the cyst taken care of immediately. I wish you the best of luck and May God Bless You!

Sue
