Default odd smells

Hi I have an odd question. In March I was sick for 3 plus weeks with a bad head and chest cold. Towards the end of it I started to have this odd smell that smells like a stale bar room that people have smoked in. Just an aweful smell. Any ways it would get better and now it returns in the late afternoon. I smell it particularly in one room of my home. Sometimes I feel as though it goes to bed with me. I never smell it outdoors or else where. So it makes me want to be outside alot.

I do not know if it is my sinuses, the house( I do have dogs, the house has been closed up due to a wet April) OR if it is something to do with my Keppra, trileptal or Lamictal. When I smell it I do not feel a seizure coming or anything.

Does anyone relate to this? If not that is okay just wondering what I am dealing with, as it is unpleasant.
Thanks everyone.
