I get a light aura in color before a CP seizure also, not to be
confused with the flashing white lights of the migraines. For
me, I see it with both eyes, closed or opened - whether I am
awake or asleep, and it happens in a split second.

To me, mine occurs in a round tiny light usually on the upper
right side usually blue or green, and as the Tech and Doc had
told me comes from the occipital region of the brain (from the
back of your head) and then it triggers to the Temporal Lobe
region which fires off seizures.

Sometimes I would just get one aura, sometimes I would get
one after another after another between a span of a time.
No reason why for this, it just happens. It drives me up the
wall.

However, sometimes I don't get any seizures at all, just the aura.
