I just posted to your poll.
Thanks Jo-Mar for the clarification! Both for me are always there but I don't notice until someone touches me. My massage therapist is trained in working with fibromyalgia. She finds those spots in a heartbeat...like magic. Sometimes when I say "OUCH!" she'll tell me she's barely pushing. And that really varies from visit to visit. She knows when I'm in a bit of a flare.
