Default Need help on a diagnosis

Hi all

For awhile now I have been trying to figure out what is going on with me - I hope somebody here can help.
I am just going to give you a run down on some symptoms I have being having and I would like for you to give me what first comes to mind - I do not care if its something bad I just want to know whats going on.

I am 19 years old and for the past year or so I have being having frequent tics or twitches, the tics have varied but the most common one is my head jerking to the right and sometimes my shoulders jumping in combination, or just my shoulders jumping. I get this weird tingly sort of feeling down my neck as this happens.

I remember having similar sorts of tics when I was a kid but not so often..
These tics seem to vary, sometimes it can happen constantly while other times only a few times a day.
It seems to maybe be weather affected as well, by the cold?
I was also having these in my legs during night in bed, one of my legs would randomly jump up off the bed.. that has not happened in a long time though.

I was also having facial tics, and I still do get it randomly every now and then, it got so bad once that it was happening constantly, every two seconds or so.. The whole right side of my face would rise nd my right eyelid would close, in combination with my head jerking to the right every couple seconds.

I also get this severe, brief stabbing pain in my face, usually near the eyebrow or forehead every now and then. I also get these pains across random locations on my body, its a very, very brief sharp pain, it feels like it could be a nerve or something?
The other day I had these sharp pains hit me all over my body all at once.

When I lift my heels up off the ground when sitting down, my legs move up and down extremely rapidly, it's uncontrollable.

I got severe tinnititus, it makes it hard to sleep at night. I have also experienced what they call "pulsatile tinnititus"

My hands tremble.

Sometimes I have veins in my wrist nd leg that look like they are trying to jump out of my skin, I can feel it and its visible.

I have had moments of chest pain, once lasting for two weeks or so, I have not had chest pain for quite a long time now though(8 months or so?)

I have started exercising recently when I exercise, I get these severe headaches. I think these are just exertion headaches though? just throwing that in there in case it can be linked to anything

I have noticed recently my fist will clench up really tightly without me noticing it, but when I do notice it I can unclench it.

My hearing is really sensetive.

Oh and there has being two moments where I have all of a sudden gotten this vibration sort of feeling (I truly cannot describe it) in my head, its a really intense feeling and everything goes all dizzy nd its as if im about to lose conciousnes nd then 5 seconds later its gone..

I know there is heaps more but I am tired and must get some sleep.
Any help on this would well and truly be appreciated, thank you
