ok here is an update:

i figured out that the pains i was having in the lower part of my body were related to the other issues i was having. There was a certain bit of issue with my posture, that i didnt realize was affecting me. it was even affecting my bowel movements. Such that i was kind of bindy. and didnt realize it, so it was affecting the pain i was having mostly on the left side of my chest and going upwards. so after trying to correct my posture, i let out some flatus(medical term), and then went to the bathroom.

so it is only some progress, but at least i made a little headway, amazing how bowel movements can affect how you are feeling. i think the main reason i had this issue was because my dad works in a hospital with many people with bowel problems due to bad nutrition, so i think he picks up some bad habits in terms of bathroom issues, and it may have even spread to me, thank goodness i dont hafta work there to witness him with it
