Hi hmarie, Sorry that this is so late. I have a diagnosis of adhesive arachnoiditis. It is diagnosed by MRI that shows " spinal nerves, cauda equina, nerve root clumping" or in my case " peripheral clumping of nerve roots". Have you been diagnosed now?
