I am undiagnosed and all my tests keep coming back negative. I'm currently in the middle of an extreme "attack" of some kind. My pain shot up and I can't stop shaking and I sort of collapsed. I'm at work and if I leave ill go on FMLA and once that's done I'm done. I'm scared and don't know what to do

Where is the pain, and what's going on? Be more specific and maybe we can help you.
Is the pain in the back? Is it in the head? Where is it? We can't help unless we know. Hope to hear from you soon. Hugs, Lee

Lee,
I was wondering that myself, so I found most of the info perusing Bigdand's previous posts. I didn't see any of her posts until today. Doc

Let us know what the doctors were testing for, and the nature of your pain. There are some really knowlegable people on Neuro Talk. I am sorry you are in such pain. Go to the emergency room if it is over the top. ginnie

Hi guys, sorry i don't respond very well, I'm sort of new to blogging and forums Kind of a "long time listener first time caller" kind of thing. That night I had that attack was the scariest night of my life. The pain i normally have is achy burning fatigue like pain. Sometimes its sharp quick stabbing type pain in my joints, mostly my wrists or knee. Sometimes its a hard achy feeling in the ball of my left foot. I have some shaking and twitches as well. My left hand shakes alot, sometimes its barely noticable, other times its hard to hide. Ocasionaly my legs will shake as well. That night I had the attack i couldnt control the shaking. My pain shot way up, you know how doctors say on a scale of 1-10? i usually anwser 6 or 8 depending on my pain for the day. That day i was at 10 and with that the shaking on top. It was a hot achy burning feeling in my thighs and calfs. My shoulders had such a stiff achy pain i couldnt lift them. I work in trucking on a dock. I got off the dock and hid in the parking lot until it passed. After the event i wrote down as much as i could remember so i can tell a doctor, which i have. Since that night i havent had any extreme episodes. I realize now posting about it the way i did was wrong and i made it seem so scary.
At the moment im still being tested for auto immune diseases neurological things and cancer. My latest blood work came back with postitive ANA 1:180 Homogenous and Positive Neuronal (V-G) K+ Channel AB, S, which is antibodies in the potasium channels from what i understand. This can indicate cancer or autoimmune diseases. So i dont have alot of info to post and im new to this so i do apologize for the long posts and spotty information. Feel free to message me or email me if you have any questions. I just want to talk to other people going through some of the same stuff really, not looking for miracle answers. Just anyone who understands the obnoxious "testing retesting then reretesting the tests so lets test the testers. While we wait for the tests, take this test on the tests your testing on."(thats a joke, baaaazing!) Trying to stay positive. From what i read that

Look into the possible diagnosis of RSD relfex sympathetic dystrophy, lots of the symptoms you are discribing is what I deal with on a daily basis. Another name for it is CRPS complex regional pain syndrome. They consider it a neurological condition and there is a forum on here just for that, so if you write on that forum and give them your symptoms they maybe be able to help even more. Have you seen a pain specialist, that is who I saw that was able to help me. I went through 56 doctors of every specialty in 3 states and it was a pain managment doctor who was able to find the diagnosis. even if its not RSD a doctor that deals with pain might be able to help you.
