Default I believe OPC's can help everyone

OPC's are pycnogenol, grape seed extract, resveratrol, astaxanthin no matter what their health conditions are. Maybe 1/2 of 1% population know about these OPC's...

IF ONE IS ON BLOOD THINNER DRUGS, THEN CANNOT TAKE BOTH, ONE OR THE OTHER. TALK TO YOUR MD OR PHARMACIST ETC....ABOUT THESE OPC'S FOR YOU. MANY DOCS DON'T KNOW, SOME PROBABLY DO. INTEGRATIVE MD'S AND NATUROPATHS DO KNOW.

I started on OPC's in 1995, so headed to my 20th year in Sept 2015. My main reason back then to get on Pycnogenol was they "MAY" prevent cancer...so far so good, I'm 77 soon.

Everyone I know personally taking OPC's have improved health, young and old. My 93 yr old bridge friend has been on grape seed ex now for about 5 yrs, ran it by her pharmacist and he said YES, she takes a heart med. She runs circles around me, she never had a joint replacement, the hip job made my life so worse.
