with the arm fatigue and the veins sticking out more - I'm wondering about a vascular issue also. TOS can affect the nerves, vascular or a combo of both.
I have a fairly mild case of it now, I did have an acute phase for nearly a year before I found some good help with expert PT & chiropractor. I tried a bit of everything at home on my own too - bodywork, posture, ergonomics, nutrition/supplements, triggerpoint, stretches. It still took another 1.5 yrs for many of the symptoms to fade. I still can't hold my arms up or out for more than a few minutes and my finger dexterity is not as good as it used to be. But now I can do most things without much trouble or pain. i don't know if you looked at the TOS useful sticky thread- http://neurotalk.psychcentral.com/showthread.php?t=84
