Default group/social anxiety how to get over it

Hey everyone I was just wondering if anyone could offer some advice on social anxiety. I used to have it really bad that if I wanted to go to a sports bar to watch a game I was too nervous to and wouldn't go. I ve gotten a lot better just on my own. I have no problem going out or anything but sometimes I'll be talking to a group of ppl and slowly start talking faster and faster then start to mixing up words. Most times I just take a deep breath relax and carry on. Its kind of weird because out of my group of friends I am probably the most social when I am not bothered by it I talk to anyone. For example (kind of a dumb one) we'll be at a bar and there's a hot girl I have no anxiety when I talk to her. I find if I am stressed out about other things that makes it worse.

i have severe anxiety from tbi and nothing seems to treat it, not even Xanax or antidepressents it was a very head injury so I am not very hopeful that any of the symptoms will go away after 6 years like being in hell I had anxiety before injury but it was treatable with meds, and someties would just go away for years

Oh damn sorry to hear that. I had anxiety disorder as a kid but nothing as severe as what you're talking about. If its something you might be interested I would look into naturalpath treatments it could be worth a try especially if they help you out. One thing I found that really helped me is I read a lot of self improvement books. I don't know if that would help in your case it did for me so I thought I'd pass it along.
