First, and most importantly, we're not doctors here - we're a peer support group.

That said, IMO, yes, you should go and see a doctor. A headache persisting for that long could be an indication of something more serious, and there is not enough information here to even make a wild guess. A doctor will take/know your medical history, examine you, and possibly order some tests for evaluation.
