Yes. I bounced around between neurologists, ophthamologists, and others for several years before one doctor (on a completely unrelated matter) asked me if I had seen "the headache guy"—meaning a local migraine specialist whose practice is limited solely to migraines & difficult headaches. That made all the difference for me. All the neuros said they knew all about migraines and could treat me, but they didn't, and a couple just strung me along experimenting—I felt like a guinea pig.
I hope you can find a "headache guy" that can help you. Doc
