Default Suicidal

I have had nerve pain in my leg for over a year now. Constant pain. Tried lots of meds....nothing is working. I can't take it anymore. I tried to take tons of pills last night cuz I thought it would just put me out of this misery. Apparently itndidntbwork because I am writing this. I am at my witty end with all of this. Most doctors are saying I have crps but no one has said I definitely have it and more important to me is to find a pain reliever that works. I dont know what to do...should I tell my pain dr or primary dr that I attempted to kill myself? Help please....
