Default Pcs

Coping skills are a huge help to me. I could not even begin to contemplate how to organize my thoughts for running a business. Try to make sure you get rest when needed. Check out the TBI and concussion sub-forum for dietary supplements. Delegate if you can. Might be an ideal time to see who can step up to the plate.
