I have a question. If one takes leave to file a WC claim, and is denied then the appeal is denied, can one return to their original place of work?
Would a denied claim, leave one suspect to perform the job that they were doing? Would the employer ask them to not return to work? Anyone have any experiences with a denied WC claim and a return to work?
