Hello and welcome to NT!

Most of us have experience with having to wait for test results meant to possibly identify major health issues. We know just how agonizing that wait can be.

I second the idea that you call your doctor's office. They probably won't have the results yet, but they might be able to give you some pain relief in the interim. While I know exactly how hard this is to do, try not to imagine the worst.
