I stopped wearing them. Good pain killer but too many cons.

I started on the patch today. Weaning off of the Lyrica and Gabapentin.
I just about ruined this first one trying to take it off of the plastic rapper too carefully. We will see how things go. |

Are they the gel or matrix kind? If you work or move a lot, I would suggest getting the "lay overs" or tagaderm covers. They took my skin off when they did stick. Just not good for me, personally.
