I stopped wearing them. Good pain killer but too many cons.

I started on the patch today. Weaning off of the Lyrica and Gabapentin.
I just about ruined this first one trying to take it off of the plastic rapper too carefully.
We will see how things go.

Are they the gel or matrix kind? If you work or move a lot, I would suggest getting the "lay overs" or tagaderm covers. They took my skin off when they did stick. Just not good for me, personally.
