Another mile swim this morning at Dawn.

Temps are dipping into the 60s tonight and only mid 80s daytime, So, I covered the pool today. Its a pain to cover and uncover every day, but its better than not swimming at home

I've been a total veg for the last few days, worried about my job search situation... Anyway, today I felt a little bit better and managed to put in 45 minutes on the elliptical with rolling levels but not too much resistance. I burned about 500 calories and had my heart rate up to 135 several times.

I briefly considered going to walk on the treadmill today, but I took a nap because I wasnt feeling all that great, woke up feeling queasy. (assuming that's from the oral pred) Seems like the queasies sucked all the energy out of me.

I cant wait till this flare is over. Cant wait to be off the steroids too. Really hope I get the left side of my body back. (heavy numbness still in my left hand, and some in the left leg and foot)

I want to go walk the treadmill, but I just dont have the energy to do it. I hope that's a normal reaction to being in a flare and on steroids.

Had a nice visit from a far away friend, and we walked a mile around this side of the lake. I miss her.
