Default Fatigue?

I believe the last 3 months of not sleeping has caught up with me. The last two day and nights have been devoted to sleeping. Yesterday I was up at 3:30 in the morning (which seems to be the new usual for me). But I took a 4 hour nap. The only reason i got up then was because DD was home. Today i have what feels like a sinus infection forming behind my left eye. So I decided to take a nap. this was at 11:00 this morning. had set 2 alarms. One for 12:30 the other for 1:00. I did not wake up until my mom called me at 2:30. I slept thru both alarm clocks. And I am so tired.

I just want to go back to bed, but I have to stay up because DD will be home from school soon. I swear if I had the chance I would crawl back into bed and sleep for a week.

Does anyone have any suggestions on kicking this fatigue?

wash your face, brush your teeth. Have a caffiene drink. get up and get some O2 flowing. doesnt have to be exercise, maybe just sit out on the porch or near an open window.

I hope you feel better soon. My MD just gave me provigal. I am gonna have to see how this goes.

Provigil works for me. Sometimes I just take 1/2 a pill because a whole one sometimes makes me jumpy.

I get alot of housework done the days I take it, though!

i tried provigil but i couldn't take it in the afternoon or i wouldn't sleep at nite.
i'm fine in the morning. it didn't do anything for me a cup of coffee didn't.

but, everyone is different. it's something to try.
i agree with dej's advice. sometimes just getting up and in the shower is enuf to start my engine.
