  Sciatica  Ow! Overtime on top of it  Grrrrr! Anyone have any suggestions? What worked for you if you have dealt with it? It's killing me. I can't sit for more than 30 seconds. Lifting my leg to clutch while driving is agony. Even laying down hurts. The only thing that helps is standing up but life requires us to sit too!  I've had it before but it was on the right. Now it's on the left and it hurts in a whole different way!
