Ooh, ick, imaginary itching? I get that sometimes, but only mildly. I put lotion on anyway. If nothing else, it does soothe the skin. I try a lot of meditation with stuff like that...not that it's easy, but with practice it may help. You could always try rubbing as opposed to scratching, maybe it will ease the itch and not leave marks on your skin?
