My eighty-four year old Mother and I have been going to Silver Sneakers exercise at the health club we belong to.

Classes are Tuesday and Thursday morning and we really enjoy that.

I got the Biggest Loser Wii workout and we have been doing the beginner exercises on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

Since the weather turned warm again (upper 70's) we get out and walk a bit each day too.

We both have appointments with the Doctor and getting bone scans done.

Mother is the picture of health at 5"2", 110 lbs and a natural beauty and NO wrinkles!

I take after my Dad...
