I Olhipie will lose the sight in one or both eyes. I this I mean it will be blurred. Most of the time it is one eye and he will wear a patch over it because it drives him nuts.
I know it is usually caused by all kinds of things...stress, fatigue...good ole sun light...too much. It’s for him a pseudo exacerbation. Call your doc and see what his take is on it....
